Nice creamy Fanta cake ice cream.
Mix dry ingredients.
Add milk, vanilla paste and egg yolk, mix on the highest level for approx. 2 minutes.
Add Fanta, mix again, be careful of carbonic acid!
Bring the ingredients to a boil to 85 °, let stand for 5 minutes.
Add the cream, mix briefly
Cool in a water bath.
Leave to mature in the refrigerator for 3-6 hours.
Mix, freeze
Cut the fruit into small pieces with water, sugar and Variegato perfecto boil.
Simmer gently for about 7-8 minutes.
Add sour cream, briefly heat to 85 ° and allow to cool.
Fill into glasses, let them get completely cold, preferably in the refrigerator. It should be well chilled when layering with the ice.
One tip: Layer approx. 200-250g in the finished ice cream.
