Make ice yourself 
This somewhat unusual combination of Millionaire's Bacon and Caramel Icecream is daring.
But: All the brave will definitely be richly rewarded? sweet and salty go well together and this ice cream belongs in my list of favorites ?
Everyone who was allowed to try it with me was flashed without exception?
I added the Millionaire's Bacon to a caramel ice cream, but vanilla ice cream is also suitable for this ice cream creation.
Place the bacon on a parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with plenty of brown sugar
Caramelize in the oven for about 15-20 minutes at 160 degrees
During the cooking process, please check whether there was enough sugar.
When the sugar caramelizes, it should create a real puddle of sugar. If not, just add more sugar over the bacon.
After 15-20 minutes, the bacon should be quite good and firm. It doesn't have to be super crispy. The caramel, which hardens when cooled, causes the bacon to set by itself.
Take the Millionaire's Bacon from the tray and put it in the fridge for about 1 hour, or better in the freezer.
Cut the hardened Millionaire's Bacon into small pieces and add to the ice cream shortly before the end of the freezing process.

I dared and didn't regret it. I sprinkled the bacon in vanilla ice cream and it's so incredibly delicious. You have a delicate crunch first caramel and then the light salty taste of the bacon. My husband is also very enthusiastic, really something extraordinarily delicious taste experience ???

An interesting taste, I made a caramel ice cream with it. Not bad for my first attempt.
For me, the bacon has probably not been in the oven long enough. The hope that the sugar would make it firmer after cooling didn't quite work out. The first day in the freezer it was sometimes very soft and I was almost disappointed. But it got better with a few days longer in the freezer...
But do I have to practice again?
