Delicious woodruff ice cream like from the ice cream parlor with our Woodruff ice paste.

Ingredients

60 g Sorbet-Perfecto
45 g Perfecto-Minus
20 g binderPerfecto
220 g sugar
610 g of water
50 g Waldmeister ICE PASTE-Movito
5 g Perfecto-Cremosa
Optional 5 g neutral vegetable oil (e.g. rapeseed) for less impact
sugar-free
160 g Perfecto-X
20 g X-binderPerfecto
100 g xylitol
675 g of water
40 g Waldmeister ICE PASTE-Movito
5 g Perfecto-Cremosa
Optional 5 g neutral vegetable oil (e.g. rapeseed) for less impact

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients.
Step 2:
Mix the water, ice cream paste, cremosa and the dry ingredients together at the highest level for 2 minutes.
Step 3:
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Step 4:
Freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
