I made a creamy chocolate ice cream from the cream truffle pralines without alcohol. I'm not that much of a chocolates friend, but I only took them with me for ice cream at the discount store. The orange truffle pralines particularly appealed to me. This is now the 3 types that I have made into ice cream.
Heat the whole milk (85C) and melt the pralines in it
Mix all dry ingredients together well.
Add the dry ingredients to the truffle milk and mix everything for 2 minutes on the highest level.
Add the cream and mix everything again briefly.
Let the cooled ice base mature in the refrigerator for 3-6 hours.
Mix again and freeze in the ice cream maker.
