We love chocolate and coconut and have often combined them in cake form. Then in February I got the idea why not combine it as ice cream. Andreas was so nice and reported it to me. A little later we got around to testing it and we were thrilled. I was just wondering if there shouldn't be more rum flavor coming through. 🙂 Asked Andreas again and he quickly recalculated it. Unfortunately, I never tried it at the same time and can't say which one is better 🙂
But I thought both versions should be here in the database, because often you don't have all the ingredients in the house or not open at the moment. (Varies since one with condensed milk and the other with Perfecto Minus So lately I've just been choosing what was at hand.
In any case, it's nice and creamy, nice and chocolaty, with a great coconut note from the paste, so it can't be missing from the selection at home lately.
Therefore highly recommended!

With flavor and color. On occasion, I would like to try whether you can use our pastes. Eg green apple, raspberry milkshake, strawberry milkshake, bubble gum etc 🙂

Can the recipe 1:1 also be used without coconut paste? Or does the recipe need to be changed?
