Very chocolaty chocolate ice cream with a kick?
Mix all dry ingredients together well
Coarsely chop the chocolate and melt it in the milk
Add the dry ingredients to the chocolate milk and mix for two minutes on the highest level
Let the ice base cool down
Add 43 to the base and mix for another minute on a medium level
Let the ice base mature in the refrigerator for at least three hours
Freeze with the ice cream maker or the hand method
Pour the finished ice cream into a freezer and let it freeze in the freezer at -24 degrees for 18 hours
Enjoy

My son wanted this ice cream even though he hardly eats chocolate. Well he loves it, says the best chocolate ice cream ever. Very intense and full-bodied due to the dark chocolate, not too sweet and the 43 gives that special touch. Wonderfully creamy, very tasty ?
