Bring a little more water (approx. 600g) with elderflower and mint to the boil and let it steep for 24 hours.
Then strain, if necessary fill up again with water to 485g. (if water is missing)
Mix dry ingredients. (Mix the sugar well, if necessary, heat it up briefly, it should be completely dissolved)
Add the rest.
Mix for 2 minutes at the highest level.
Leave to mature in the refrigerator for 3-6 hours.
Mix briefly, freeze.
Just before the end, add Hugo Frizzante or Prosecco.
Freeze done.
Make sure to freeze in the freezer for 24 hours.
