add the milk and 2 minutes on level 8 (TM)
add the cream and about: 10 minutes / 85 degrees / level 3, then another 5 minutes at 90 degrees so that it simmered slightly
It is best to steep it overnight in the refrigerator and let it cool down
off to the ice cream machine

This panna cotta ice cream is one of my top 3 favorites. I still pimped it with lemon zest and apricot mangoVariegato curled up. Sensational! Thanks for the great recipe.
