Ingredients

540 g yogurt 3,5%
90 g whole milk 3,5%
75 g cream 30%
25 g lemon juice
165 g Eis-Perfecto
15 g binderPerfecto
90 g sugar
a pinch of salt
Ingredients that are later added to the ice cream:
approx. 250-300 g mango-passion fruit Variegato

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients.
Step 2:
Add the milk, yogurt, lemon juice and dry ingredients together
Mix at the highest level for 2 minutes.
Step 3:
Now add the cream and mix again briefly.
Step 4:
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Step 5:
Now freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
Step 6:
Now fill the finished ice cream in a container with white layers and between each layer of mango-passion fruit Variegato distribute and whoever likes to carefully mix / swirl everything with a spoon at the end.
