Fruity apricot Variegato, to underline the fruit taste in apricot ice cream or as a fruity one Variegato- Addition to neutral ice cream flavors. (e.g. sour cream ice cream, Fior de latte ..)

Ingredients

Ingredients
150g apricots, deseeded, weighed pureed (apricots)
15g lemon juice
pinch of salt
45g raw sugar
50g Variegato perfecto

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients and bring to the boil together with the pureed fruits and lemon juice for approx. 1-2 minutes.
Step 2:
Fill into a sterilized glass, I always put a few drops of rum on the lid.
Step 3:
Close hot.
Step 4:
When used in ice, it must Variegato already be cold!
