Very tasty blueberry fruit ice cream / blueberry fruit ice cream with our blueberry ice cream paste.

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients
Step 2:
Mix the water, ice cream paste, depending on the variant, the blueberries, oil, cremosa and the dry ingredients together at the highest setting for 2 minutes.
Step 3:
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Step 4:
Now freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.

Step 1:

If you don't want to use cremosa, you have to leave out the oil too!
Step 2:

If you make the recipe variant with blueberries, I recommend that you puree and sieve the blueberries so that the pits are removed. Please note that you then use the required amount of blueberries as a puree. Therefore, you will need more blueberries!
