Baileys ice cream with Baileys Variegato

Mix dry ingredients, mix with milk on the highest setting, heat to 85 °, hold briefly, cool slightly.

Add the condensed milk and Baileys, mix on the highest level.

Then add the cream and mix briefly.

Stir cold in a water bath.

Let ripen in the refrigerator for 3-6 hours

Mix, freeze

Possibly with Baileys Variegato layer in the container.

First mix the dry ingredients,

then add the liquid ingredients,

Bring to the boil and simmer for about 2 minutes.

Hot in sterilized jars or bottles

Fill and close immediately.

The Variegato is initially very liquid, after 2-3 hours in the refrigerator it becomes more solid.
