Blueberry Variegato

Pass the blueberries with Flotter Lotte or, as in my case, let them pass through the slow juicer 1-2 times. (or with a berry press)

Mix all dry ingredients and bring to the boil together with the pureed fruits and lemon juice for approx. 1-2 minutes.

Fill into sterilized jars, close.
