Ingredients

200 g blueberries fresh or frozen
300 g yogurt 3,5%
100 g condensed milk 10% (alternatively 50% milk / 50% cream)
100 g cream 30%
55 g whole milk 3,5%
20 g honey
15 g lemon juice
45 g Perfecto-More
100 g Eis-Perfecto
15 g binderPerfecto
50 g sugar
a pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients.
Step 2:
Mix the milk, condensed milk, yoghurt, lemon juice, blueberries, honey and the dry ingredients together on the highest setting for 2 minutes.
Step 3:
Now add the cream and mix again briefly.
Step 4:
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Step 5:
Freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
Step 6:
Now fill the finished ice cream in layers into a container and place blueberryVariegato distribute and whoever likes to carefully mix / swirl everything with a spoon at the end.
