Creamy and intense lemon sorbet without sugar.

You will need this for the recipe Xylitol syrup.

Ingredients

170 g Perfecto-X
20g XBindemittel-Perfecto
155 g xylitol syrup
415 g of water
240 g lemon juice
8 g organic lemon zest

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients.
Step 2:

Mix lemon juice, lemon zest, xylitol syrup, water and the dry ingredients together on the highest setting for 2 minutes.
Step 3:

Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for 60 minutes.
Step 4:

Now freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method

This sorbet is exactly how I imagine it: lemony, creamy, delicious. In addition, it is significantly reduced in calories. I made it in the ice cream maker and froze it behind the rest. Still creamy when frozen.
If you love lemon ice cream or sorbet, this is the place for you!

By the way, I cooked the syrup myself according to the instructions on the website. Worked great!
