This intense gold kiwi is just in season and simply had to be made into a sorbet. It's not too sweet and not too sour, and a little avocado makes it wonderfully creamy. Delicious again perfecto!
The Perfecto and mix the binder well.
Mix the zespri, lemon and apple juice, avocado and the xylitol syrup.
The Perfecto-Add the ingredients and mix for about two minutes at the highest level.
Let the ice base mature in the refrigerator for two to three hours or overnight.
Mix the ice cream mix again and freeze with the ice cream maker or the hand method.
Let it freeze in the freezer for at least eight, better 24 hours.
