Ingredients

85 g Sorbet-Perfecto
15 g Bindemittel-Perfecto
190 g sugar
610 g of water
90 g passion fruit ICE PASTE-Movito
5 g Perfecto-Cremosa
5 g neutral vegetable oil (e.g. rapeseed)
Optionally 1 g citric acid
sugar-free
140 g Perfecto-X
15g XBindemittel-Perfecto
100 g xylitol
645 g of water
90 g passion fruit ICE PASTE-Movito
5 g Perfecto-Cremosa
5 g neutral vegetable oil (e.g. rapeseed)
Optionally 1 g citric acid
Note
If you don't want to use cremosa, you have to leave out the oil too!

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients
Step 2:
Mix the water, sugar, ice cream and the dry ingredients together on the highest setting for 2 minutes.
Step 3:
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Step 4:
Now freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
Note
Step 1:
If you don't want to use cremosa, you have to leave out the oil too!

First I had the milk ice cream with
the passion fruit paste, unfortunately that wasn't my cup of tea as it reminds me a lot of Nimm2 candy. Today I tried it as a fruit ice cream and what can I say... just super delicious😋
