Make ice yourself 
I like popcorn, especially caramel popcorn, so I had to have an ice cream with it?
When I tried the finished ice cream after it had been frozen, was I very disappointed at first?
BUT: after another 24 hours in the freezer, the intensity of the popcorn is finally there?
Mix all dry ingredients together well
Puree the caramel popcorn with a small portion of the whole milk
Heat the rest of the whole milk, cream, egg yolk and dry ingredients (except for popcorn milk) and let it steep for 15 minutes at 85 degrees. Stir occasionally.
Add popcorn milk and mix everything briefly on a low level
Cool the ice base and let it mature in the refrigerator for at least six hours
Freeze with the ice cream maker or the hand method
Pour the finished ice into a freezer and freeze it in the freezer at -24 degrees for 18 hours

A very horny treat? Nice consistency.
I tossed in some popcorn pieces. Can be done well, but should small parts be sorted out beforehand?

I made the popcorn ice cream according to Nici's recipe. After 24 hours in the freezer, the ice cream was absolutely amazing. Great popcorn taste. Highly Recommended. Again and again.
