Since we once lost a pure egg liqueur ice cream, I created a new one. It tastes intensely like eggnog.
Mix all dry ingredients
Mix the milk, maple syrup and eggnog that Perfecto-Add the ingredients and mix everything vigorously for about two minutes.
Now add the cream and mix again briefly.
Let the base mature in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Mix or stir again briefly and freeze in the ice cream maker.
Now the ice has to freeze in the animal freezer for at least 12 hours.
Then it's time to feast! 😉

Very tasty, but also very soft. Instead of maple syrup I used agave syrup and compensated for the missing sugar content. Also works 😉
