Ingredients

480 g milk 1,5%
150 g Mascarpone
200 g cream
105 g xylitol
85 g Perfecto-X
15g XPerfecto Bindemittel
a pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients
Step 2:
Mix the milk, mascarpone and the dry ingredients together on the highest setting for 2 minutes
Step 3:
Add the cream and mix again briefly
Step 4:
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes
Step 5:
Freeze the ice with the ice cream maker or by hand method
