The sensational Fior di Latte ice cream with no added sugar. As with the "Original", this ice cream is totally changeable! It is the perfect basis for numerous ice cream creations. Whether with Variegato, Nuts, chocolate or with fresh fruits, there are no limits to your imagination!

Ingredients

480 g milk 1,5%
150 g Mascarpone
200 g cream
105 g xylitol
85 g Perfecto-X
15g XPerfecto binder
a pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients
Step 2:
Mix the milk, mascarpone and the dry ingredients together on the highest setting for 2 minutes
Step 3:
Add the cream and mix again briefly
Step 4:
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes
Step 5:
Freeze the ice with the ice cream maker or by hand method
