It goes well with vanilla ice cream, of course with liquorice ice cream, but it can also be served with chocolate ice cream. Ingredients

120 g sugar (I used half of raw cane sugar and half of xylitol)
15 g Perfecto Variegato
10 g (baking) cocoa
20 g liquorice granules or liquorice powder (or half of both)
10 g butter
40 g maple syrup
10 g lemon juice
170 g milk (3,5%)
40 g condensed milk (10%)
65 g cream (30%)
possibly some black food coloring

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix / blend all dry ingredients.
Step 2:
Melt the butter in a saucepan.
Step 3:
Put in all the liquid ingredients and stir.
Step 4:
Then add the dry ones, heat and simmer gently for about 5 minutes. Stir every now and then so that nothing begins to stick.
Step 5:
Put it in a jar while it is still hot. After it has cooled down, it can still be used for the ice cream.
Step 6:
