Lychee ice cream

Mix all dry ingredients well.

Mix the milk, condensed milk, fruit puree, lemon juice and the dry ingredients for 2 minutes at the highest level. I mix with the Thermomix at level 8.

Then briefly stir in the cream.

For about 1 hour in the refrigerator, stir again briefly and off to the ice cream maker.
