Mix solid ingredients together well when dry.
Mix espresso, milk and solid ingredients for 2 minutes at the highest level.
Add the cream and mix again briefly on a low level.
Let the ice cream ripen in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Briefly stir the ice cream mass with the whisk.
Freeze in the ice cream maker.
