Very great, fruity, creamy and tender sorbet. I recommend peeling the nectarine and not processing the skin with it.

Step 1:
Mix dry ingredients
Step 2:
Peel the nectarine and remove the stone
Step 3:
Mix the avocado with the lemon
Step 4:
Briefly mix the nectarine, avocado, lemon, sugar syrup and water
Step 5:
Add dry ingredients and mix for 2 minutes on the highest level
Step 6:
Let rest in the fridge for 1 hour
Step 7:
Freeze in the ice cream maker or by hand and leave to freeze in the freezer at -24 degrees for 18 hours
