Mix dry ingredients
Peel the nectarine and remove the stone
Mix the avocado with the lemon
Briefly mix the nectarine, avocado, lemon, sugar syrup and water
Add dry ingredients and mix for 2 minutes on the highest level
Let rest in the fridge for 1 hour
Freeze in the ice cream maker or by hand and leave to freeze in the freezer at -24 degrees for 18 hours
