Delicious nougat Variegato for great ice cream creations.

Ingredients

50g cream (possibly a little more, depending on the desired consistency)
20g sugar
50g nougat
20g almonds (puree) (I used cashew puree)
10g Variegato perfecto

Preparation

Preparation:
Step 1:
Cream with sugar and Variegato-perfecto Bring to the boil, then turn the stove to low, add the nougat, melt, add the pulp, stir well, pour into a twist off glass, after cooling, store in the refrigerator.
Step 2:
Tip: Next time, I'll add some more rum.
