Delicious plum ice cream - wonderfully creamy and really tasty

Mix dry ingredients
Grate the plums clean, remove the stone and mix with lemon juice to make a puree
Mush with milk, condensed milk and the dry ingredients 2min. Mix at the highest level
Add the cream and mix for another 20 seconds on a low level
Let the base mature in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour
Stir again and freeze in the ice cream maker or by hand
Freeze for 24 hours at -18 degrees
