Praline sauce

Very tasty praline sauce with coffee liqueur.

The coffee liqueur can also be mixed with another liqueur, e.g. Amaretto, to be exchanged.

Ingredients

100g dark chocolate 70%
100g light nougat
160g cream 30%
60g coffee liqueur

Preparation

Step 1:
Bring the cream to the boil
Step 2:
Add the chopped chocolate and chopped nougat to the cream and, stirring constantly, melt in it over a low heat
Step 3:
Take off the stove
Step 4:
Add the coffee liqueur and stir well
Step 5:
Pour into a jar that has been rinsed with hot water and allow to cool
