Cut the rhubarb into small pieces (the entire amount if you want pieces) and bring to the boil with 1 or 2 tablespoons of water. Before it is completely overcooked and soft, I take out about 100g.
Puree if necessary
Pour all ingredients into the fruit pulp and bring to the boil for approx. 1-2 minutes.
Now add the boiled rhubarb (100g) and simmer gently for 2-3 minutes on a low heat.
