This ice cream was created by chance ... because "actually" it should be a marshmallow ice cream.
After making it, I missed the intense marshmallow flavor, but this ice cream took me straight to my childhood. Sometimes there was soft ice cream and this ice cream comes very close to that.
If you like soft ice cream, you should prepare this ice cream once?
Mix the dry ingredients together well
Mix the dry ingredients with the milk, vanilla paste, marshmallow cream and mascarpone for two minutes at the highest level
Leave to mature in the refrigerator for at least three hours (or overnight)
Freeze in the ice cream maker or by the hand method
Transfer the finished ice cream to a suitable freezer container
Leave to freeze in the freezer at -24 degrees for 18 hours
