Mix all dry ingredients.
Puree the bananas, water, lemon juice and dry ingredients together
Bring everything to the boil in a saucepan for 1-2 minutes and then simmer gently for 10 minutes.
Fill hot into mason jars and close
The varigato should then steep for 24 hours.
