Fruity, slightly sour tasting Variegato with white peach-Ponthier puree.
Mix all dry ingredients and bring to the boil together with the pureed fruits and lemon juice for approx. 1-2 minutes.
Fill hot into sterilized jars, close.
The Variegato tastes best when it has matured in the glass for 24 hours.
The aroma and consistency are then perfect.
