I love woodruff! That's why I thought I had to have a woodruff sorbet. It is very fine, with a natural Waldmeister aroma! I made woodruff syrup myself for it. It is worth it! A forest master's pleasure.

Ingredients

140 g Sorbet-Perfecto
55 g Eis-Perfecto-More
20 g Perfecto-Binder
1 g salt
50 g sugar
560 g of water
50 g lemon juice
125 g woodruff syrup

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients (mix to powder)
Step 2:
Mix the woodruff syrup, lemon juice and water.
Step 3:
Combine this mixture and the dry ingredients and mix on the highest level for two minutes.
Step 4:
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes (preferably overnight).
Step 5:
Mix the ice cream mix again and freeze with the ice cream maker or the manual method, freeze in the freezer for at least eight hours.
