A fantastic cantaloupe and melon sorbet recipe. This is a super creamy cantaloupe and melon sorbet. The sorbet recipe is very simple and still tastes very tasty and creamy. A great sorbet recipe. You can also make this melon sorbet with other melons.

Ingredients

650 g cantaloup melon
40 g of water
20 g lemon juice
120 g sugar
155 g Sorbet-Perfecto
15 g Bindemittel-Perfecto
a pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients.
Step 2:
Mix the melon with the lemon juice and water.
Step 3:
Add the dry ingredients and mix everything at the highest level for 2 minutes.
Step 4:
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Step 5:
Now freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
