In this cookie ice cream recipe we make a delicious shortbread ice cream in which cookies are then poured. In the cookie ice cream recipe we use real butter instead of cream. Of course, there are also some butter biscuits in the base. The ice cream recipe is delicious and very creamy.

Ingredients

595 g milk 1,5%
100 g condensed milk 10%
60 g Eis-Perfecto
65 g Perfecto-More
15 g Bindemittel-Perfecto
50 g butter
65 g sugar
50 g shortbread biscuits
a pinch of salt
Ingredients that are later added to the ice cream
80 g cookies or shortbread biscuits
100 g Nutella (room temperature) or something similar

Preparation

Step 1:
Break the cookies into pieces and mix them carefully together with the Nutella so that the cookies do not break.
Step 2:
Spread the mixture on a plate and let it harden for several hours in the refrigerator.
Melt the butter and let it get lightly colored.
Step 3:
Mix all dry ingredients.
Step 4:
Mix the milk, condensed milk, butter, shortbread and dry ingredients together at the highest setting for 2 minutes and briefly bring to the boil to approx. 85 ° C.
Step 5:
Let cool in the water bath and mix well again.
Step 6:
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Step 7:
Now freeze the ice cream with an ice cream machine or the hand method and just before the ice cream is ready, add the cookie-Nutella mixture and stir in briefly.
