Sensational strawberry-avocado sorbet. I love strawberry ice cream! Even in the days when I didn't make ice cream myself, strawberry ice cream was one of my favorite flavors in the ice cream parlor. But not as milk ice cream, but as fruit ice cream or sorbet.
In the meantime I have tried 1000 strawberry ice cream variations. One of my favorites is this Super creamy strawberry sorbet. But I have to say, I think I found a new favorite strawberry ice cream with this strawberry-avocado sorbet. The avocado doesn't taste good, but it gives the ice cream a really great mouthfeel.
