Today we have a Snickers-style ice cream with no sugar. We all love Snickers ice cream. Since we currently only have ice cream without sugar, I once built a snickereis without sugar. Of course we had to do without normal Snickers here, since they are made with sugar.

Nevertheless, the ice cream is very successful and a worthy alternative to normal ice cream with Snickers and sugar.

Ingredients

120 g Perfecto-X
90 g xylitol
15g XBindemittel-Perfecto
645 g whole milk 3,5%
50 g cream 30%
80 g peanut paste
a pinch of salt
1-2 drops of Ellis Caramel Flavor
Ingredients that are later added to the ice cream
50 g roasted peanuts
50 g melted sugar-free dark chocolate from Movito
TIP
if you like, you can caramelize the roasted peanuts in erythritol.

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients.
Step 2:
Mix the milk, peanut paste, Ellis aroma and the dry ingredients together on the highest setting for 2 minutes.
Step 3:
Now add the cream and mix again briefly.
Step 4:
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Step 5:
Now freeze the ice cream with an ice cream machine or the hand method and just before the ice cream is ready, let the melted chocolate slowly run into the running ice cream machine.
