Chocolate ice cream with that special something.

Step 1:
Perfecto-Mix the ingredients, vanilla sugar and salt well together.
Step 2:
Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
Step 3:
Mix the cocoa with 300ml milk and heat to boiling point. Turn off the heat, add the chopped chocolate and let it melt while stirring.
Step 4:
Allow the mixture to cool, then add the remaining ingredients except the cream and mix for 2 minutes on the highest level.
Step 5:
Add the cream and mix on a low level for 30 seconds.
Step 6:
Let the mixture mature in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Step 7:
Briefly stir the mixture again with the whisk and place in the ice cream maker.
