After Andreas created the test recipe for the Kirsch-Cola milk ice cream, I went straight to it and tested it.
And what can I say: it tastes great and is super creamy. Due to the taste of the cherry aroma in the paste, the ice cream is not too sweet. If you like cherry coke and are in the mood for something extraordinary, you should try the ice cream.

Ingredients

140g Eis Perfecto
10g Bindemittel Perfecto
60g sugar
540g whole milk 3,5%
70g cherry cola ice cream
180g cream 30%

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients.
Step 2:

Add the milk and paste to the dry ingredients and mix for 2 minutes at the highest level.
Step 3:

Briefly mix in the cream.
Step 4:

It is best to leave the finished mix to rest in the refrigerator overnight. Put the mix in the ice cream maker and let the finished ice cream freeze for 24 hours.
