Let the ice cream rest in a sealable container in the refrigerator for at least an hour, better overnight
Freeze after resting in the ice machine. - -
Pour ice into a container suitable for freezer and let it freeze through for at least eight hours at down to -18 degrees.
Let the ice cream stand briefly at room temperature before portioning.
