Step 1:
Weigh and mix dry ingredients.
Step 2:
Peel the mango and cut into pieces.
Step 3:
Puree the liquids except the cream with the mango in a blender. - -

Add dry ingredients and mix vigorously.
Step 4:
Finally add the cream and mix briefly.
Step 5:
Let the ice cream rest in a sealable container in the refrigerator for at least an hour, better overnight

Freeze after resting in the ice machine. - -

Pour ice into a container suitable for freezer and let it freeze through for at least eight hours at down to -18 degrees.
Step 6:
Let the ice cream stand briefly at room temperature before portioning.
