Super creamy, with a very good serve. The pineapple taste is intense and delicious. It's hard to believe that no dairy products were used !!

For the sorbet you need the sugar syrup ...

Step 1:
Make the sugar syrup and let it cool down.
Step 2:
Salt, Perfecto Binders as well Sorbet Perfecto mix well.
Step 3:
Stir the food coloring in a little water until smooth
Step 4:
Now add the sugar syrup, pineapple, water, lemon juice and food coloring and add to the dry ingredients.
Step 5:
Mix in a mixer (e.g. Thermomix) on the highest setting for at least 2 minutes.
Step 6:
Then let it mature for 4 hours in the refrigerator. During this time, place the mixing pot briefly in the mixer and mix for about 1 minute at the highest level.
Step 7:
Then freeze out and enjoy

Tip from me: Unfortunately I had no color and therefore added 1 teaspoon of turmeric. The taste of the turmeric complemented the taste of the pineapple wonderfully and made the pineapple stand out great.
