Since I love Raffaello, I also had to come up with a recipe for Raffaello ice cream, which is quick to prepare and requires few ingredients. This recipe came about one evening while looking for ingredients that were still available in the baking cupboard. The result is heavenly. But beware: addictive!?
Place raffello in blender, mix in milk and chop into small pieces
Bindemittel Perfecto, sugar and paradise cream
Fill the mass up to 1000 ml with milk and mix well
min. Put in the fridge for 1 hour
Give the ice cream machine about 45 min.
fill and decorate with desiccated coconut
