Delicious, light coffee ice cream, ideal for ice coffee or something to enjoy.

Not too strong and no bitter aftertaste.

14g Bindemittel-Perfecto
81g sugar
455g milk 3,5%
204g cream 36% (= cream / 32% or 30%)
120g condensed milk 10%, unsweetened
pinch of salt
11-15g cappuccino Eispaste-Movito (rather 11 - 12g!)
Optional: 5g Cremosa

Mix all dry ingredients
Step 2:

Blend milk, condensed milk, ice cream paste and dry ingredients on high for 2 minutes
Step 3:

Optionally add cremosa, mix
Step 4:

Add the cream and mix again briefly
Step 5:

Allow the ice cream mix to mature in the refrigerator for 3-6 hours
Step 6:

Mix the ice cream mix briefly, freeze in the ice cream maker
Step 7:

Iron removal at -8° to -8,5°
Step 8:

Then let it freeze for 24 hours in the freezer at a maximum of -18°
