My mum loves marshmallows and she needed the right ice cream.
My first try was incredibly tasty, but somehow didn't really taste like marshmallows (very reminiscent of soft ice cream).
This ice cream, on the other hand, is pure marshmallow and anyone who loves marshmallows will get their money's worth here.
Mix the dry ingredients together well
Mix dry ingredients, water, milk, marshmallow cream, vanilla paste and stracciatella paste for two minutes on the highest setting
Now add the cream to the ice cream base and mix again on a low level for 20 seconds
Let the finished ice base mature in the refrigerator for at least an hour
Freeze the ice base with the ice maker or the hand method
Pour the finished ice into a suitable freezer container, whirl in small marshmallows and leave to freeze in the freezer at -24 degrees for 18 hours
