I've always liked Müller's rice pudding with cinnamon.
A typographical error in the Perfecto-Facebook group I got the idea to create this recipe.
Mix the dry ingredients together well.
Mix all ingredients except the cream for 2 minutes at the highest level.
Add the cream and stir in on a low level for 20-30 seconds.
Let the ice cream ripen in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Stir with the whisk and place in the ice cream maker.

Made it with homemade rice pudding. It has a nice consistency and isn't too stiff. Without cinnamon and instead with plumVariegato. Mmmhhh 😉
