This Nutella ice cream is made with real Nutella and is made right with hazelnut paste Perfecto. For all Nutella lovers that Perfecto Ice cream!

Ingredients

1g salt
40g Perfecto
50g Perfecto More
15 g binder
180g Nutella
40g hazelnut paste
90g condensed milk 10%
584g milk 1,5%

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix dry ingredients
Step 2:
Mix the milk, condensed milk, Nutella, hazelnut paste and the dry ingredients for 2 minutes at the highest level
Step 3:
Now heat the base to 10 degrees for about 80 minutes so that everything connects even better
Step 4:
Cool down in a water bath and let mature for 3 hours in the refrigerator
Step 5:
Stir again and freeze in the ice cream maker or by hand
Step 6:
Ready ice cream with the NutellaVariegato layers (a lot helps a lot)
Step 7:
Leave to freeze in the freezer for 24 hours and enjoy

So I'm just commenting on my own recipe? The enamel is fantastic. The Variegato has a very good consistency and it tastes fantastic. It tastes great like Nutela and at the end comes the strong hazelnut note. You think you are eating cold Nutella which melts on your tongue but doesn't stick your mouth together. Simple PERFECTO

The ice cream is very creamy if without Nutella Variegato, it is very hazelnut-heavy but also delicious! So if you really like Nutella, you should definitely Variegato tilt in?, then it's leeecker?
