Fruity ice cream, very creamy when condensed milk is added.
Our Variegato layers, emphasizes the taste.
Mix dry ingredients, add mandarin juice, heat to 50 °, hold briefly.
Mix on the highest level, add condensed milk, mix again.
Then add the cream, mix only briefly.
Cool in a water bath.
Leave to mature for 3-6 hours in the refrigerator.
Mix, freeze.
With tangerines Variegato layers, then it gets more intense!

A bit firm for my taste but still quite good. I don't think I got any nice mandarins, so it didn't taste quite as good this time. But that's definitely not the recipe's fault 😉
