If you like raisins, you can use this to make all kinds of ice cream fruity. It can be poured in with or you can give some of it over an ice cream. Yummy. (I have it with Sorbet-Perfecto made because mine Variegato unfortunately all was. But it works. )
To do this, first put the raisins, amaretto and lemon juice in the blender jug and mix once.
Then Perfecto-Add powder and mix everything vigorously.
Bring this mass to the boil in a saucepan and then let it cool down.
Then put in a screw-top jar or container and store in the freezer.
