Toffee-caramel ice cream – a dream from “Werthers echte”

Are you looking for a delicious toffee caramel ice cream? Then you are exactly right here! I have to come out of myself as a caramel lover. I like it in all its forms. There are so many different types of caramel and I think everything with Caramel Mega is moderately tasty. Whether as a chewy candy, in Snickers, caramel desserts or as a delicious cream and caramel cream on bread. Caramel goes anywhere, anytime. The same goes for Caramel ice cream and I'm always looking for the ultimate caramel kick in ice cream. This is how this toffee caramel ice cream recipe is posted.

Toffee-caramel variagato or ice cream?

In our shop there is now the sensational Toffee caramelVariegato. Since I don't have enough at home for one Variegato in the ice, I've decided to like it Ice cream for the basic flavor in the caramel ice cream. What can I say, I hit the nail on the head and made a virtue out of necessity. The ice cream turned out simply brilliant. The flavor is creamy, buttery and beautifully caramelized. My first thought was that it tasted like “Werthers echte” ice cream. That's why I called the ice cream toffee-caramel ice cream. My wife was immediately blown away because she loves such sweet and creamy ice cream combinations. Next time I'll also add some of the toffee-caramel Variagato to the ice cream.

Ingredients

100 g Eis-Perfecto
15 g Bindemittel-Perfecto
35 g sugar
510 g milk 3,5%
180 g cream 30%
160 g toffee caramelVariegato | moveto
pinch of salt
Ingredients that are later added to the ice cream
Optional 150 g Toffe caramelVariegato and if you like, mixed with 10g of cream.
Variant without sugar
60 g Perfecto-X
15g XBindemittel-Perfecto
65 g xylitol
520 g milk 3,5%
180 g cream 30%
160 g toffee caramelVariegato | moveto
pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all dry ingredients.
Step 2:
The milk, toffee caramelVariegato and mix the dry ingredients together on the highest setting for 2 minutes.
Step 3:
Now add the cream and mix again briefly.
Step 4:
Let the mix mature in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Step 5:
Freeze the ice with an ice cream maker or the hand method.
Step 6:

Tip: If you want, you can do that between each layer when removing Variegato spread and swirl gently with a spoon.
