Quick cappuccino ice cream
Cappuccino is certainly one of the most popular coffee drinks. I myself prefer to drink a nice, strong espresso and preferably from a portafilter. As an espresso lover, I can already taste a big difference, whether a fully automatic coffee machine or a portafilter has brewed the espresso. But today it's not about espresso, but about ice cream enjoyment. Yes, not just any ice cream, but a great and quick cappuccino ice cream.
A wonderful coffee ice cream enjoyment
Many people are probably familiar with iced coffee and I think, although coffee tastes best hot, it also tastes wonderful as iced coffee. The combination of cold, milky, tart and rounded off with sweetness has something to offer. So, of course, it goes without saying that a quick cappuccino ice cream also tastes wonderful.
Cappuccino ice cream with our Movito ice cream paste
With this ice cream recipe, we don't use classic coffee or espresso, but we make the ice cream with our delicious one Cappuccino ice cream. This ice paste can be dosed in different ways. For a normal cappuccino ice cream or coffee ice cream you need about 20-25g ice cream for a nice ice cream recipe. However, with double the amount of 40-50g per 1000g ice base, you get a great, intense one Mocha ice creamthat tastes wonderfully strong.

I made the ice cream in the condensed milk variant and used a little more cappuchino paste to get more in the direction of mocha. As a cappuccino junkie, it tasted great to me, but it wasn't for my husband. But what the heck, more for me 😜

Absolutely delicious, but next time I'll take at least 30 g of the cappuccino ice cream paste. I only took 25 g to try it, which was a bit too little, but it still tasted good and is one of our favorites so far.
