The choice of chocolate: Callebaut for perfection

When preparing our Belgian chocolate ice cream, we deliberately chose the renowned Callebaut brand. This is known for its high-quality chocolate. A careful mixture of whole milk couverture and dark chocolate with 56% cocoa gives the ice cream an incomparable fullness of taste and a touch of sophistication. Preparation
